Recommend it for those seeking comfort
The bathroom had these amazing shampoo and soap that I just had to use, they smelled so very nice! I really enjoyed the smart TV in the room, being able to watch my shows.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

the place was reasonably clean with free parking and a very big bed. all the staff was very friendly, tackled my issues. the room was reasonably large and airy and included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. the breakfast was very very good with lots of nice food.

- Check-in took way too long due to unexperienced staff - A lot of mosquito’s in the lobby - The hotel was unable to provide two rooms next to each other, even though we booked 6 months in advance and specifically requested this. - We booked rooms with 2 single beds and got rooms with double beds (could also be a mistake from Bookings.com) - The swimming pool is not maintained (it is dirty).

The free shuttle to the metro was a lifesaver! Room was big and comfy, but the Wi-Fi was spotty when I needed it most. Breakfast had decent options, but could've been hotter. Outdoor pool looked inviting, but I didn't dive in. I'd hit this spot again for the value. Just watch the mosquito situation!

The Classic Double Room was cozy and cute, with comfy beds, made for a great sleep. Loved the fact there were tea and coffee facilities in the room! The decor felt modern and fresh. Also appreciated the spaciousness-definitely room to relax after a long day. Just a bit annoyed that the bathroom had some missing toiletries when I arrived, but they sent someone up quickly to sort it out!

The location if want to go to Milan by train is not suitable. But if you want to drive to Serravelle outlet is the best.
